Blue Ridge is always seeking experienced personnel to enhance the services we provide our clients. We have project assignments in which we may be able to use your skills and experience as a Senior Technical Consultant. Project assignments and durations vary based on client criteria. Experience should be in one or more of the following utility regulation areas: revenue requirements, rate base, operating income, utility accounting, cost of service, rate design, load/sales forecasting, cost of capital/return on equity, depreciation, rate case, management and/or operational audits, energy supply cost recovery (gas and/or electric), and energy trading.

We are also currently seeking professional engineers with electric and gas utility transmission and distribution expertise to assist in our rate case and audit practice. Responsibilities include performing engineering audits and special engineering studies of regulated electric and natural gas companies; assisting in performing rate design and cost of service analysis of rate filings; and develop, support, and defend testimony before regulatory commissions. Completion of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
